Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development needs.
• Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
• Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
• Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
• Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable)
• Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
