Regional Sales Manager - FDM/Pet Specialty

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for the pet product industry? We’re looking for a

Regional Sales Manager

onsite on western Long Island to drive sales growth, develop market strategies, and manage key accounts across your designated region. In this role, you’ll work closely with grocery chains and specialized retailers to expand brand presence and increase profitability.

What You’ll Do: Build strong relationships with key clients in the pet product sector. Develop strategies to grow market share and drive revenue. Lead and coach local and regional sales teams. Collaborate with the U.S. Sales team to uncover new business opportunities. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability. Track sales forecasts, analyze distributor volumes, and manage regional budgets. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. What We’re Looking For:

5-7 years of experience in the pet food or consumer goods sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A proven ability to build long-lasting business relationships. Willingness to travel frequently (daily/weekly) and spend time on the road. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in FDM, PS, or CPG within the pet industry. Knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the pet food space. A strong track record of exceeding sales targets. Ability to mentor and lead a high-performing sales team. The Perks:
