We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing and a strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.
*Responsibilities*
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
* Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
* Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for various plumbing tasks.
* Perform pipe threading and assembly for different types of piping materials.
* Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs.
* Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site to ensure project completion.
* Handle heavy lifting as required for installation and repair tasks.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
*Skills*
* Proficient in construction plumbing techniques and practices.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively.
* Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
* Familiarity with carpentry skills for remodeling projects.
* Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Previous construction site experience is preferred.
* Valid commercial driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $28.00 - $37.98 per hour
