What You'll Contribute:
Drive Revenue Growth: Effectively manage a sales pipeline, from lead qualification to proposal development and contract negotiation. Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.
Develop New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets, including mid-size to large organizations (200-2000 employees).
Represent Our Brand: Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our value proposition and opportunity for clients to make internal and external impact.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our consulting and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, present solutions, and ensure seamless project transition and client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Experienced Sales Professional: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the HR/talent management consulting or training industry.
Results-Oriented: A highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present persuasive proposals.
Strong Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles and the ability to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Independent and Self-Driven: Ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Relationship Builder: A natural relationship builder with strong networking and interpersonal skills.
