Job Description

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours. You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.


How you will contribute

You will: Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS). Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS. Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps. Establish new work standards to sustain improvement. Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.


What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Experience in Continuous Improvement with practical use of IL6S, Lean, TPM or similar methodologies. Ability to lead root-cause analysis, problem‑solving sessions and support DMS routines. Strong analytical skills with experience in loss analysis, KPI tracking, and data interpretation. Proficiency in Excel, SAP and other data tools used in manufacturing environments. Experience in FMCG, within the food manufacturing industry, with understanding of production processes, changeovers and line performance. Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000 and experience supporting audits, documentation and compliance. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coach colleagues on CI tools and standards. Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Engineering or related field; food safety certifications are an advantage. xcfaprz Engagement in Kaizen, sustainability or cost‑saving initiatives is an advantage.

Location: Malahide Road, Coolock, Dublin 5 (Close to M1/ M50 Junction)


Hours of work: 39h (8 AM - 4:30 PM from Monday to Thursday and 8 AM - 3:30 PM on Friday) with 30 minutes break


Minimum Annual salary: 38 600 GBP, salary to discussed further at offer stage
