We are seeking an experienced
Java Developer
to contribute to the development of a modern, enterprise-grade platform focused on production management and operational efficiency. The role involves working within a distributed, agile team delivering scalable and resilient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
Contribute to system architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Support integration with multiple enterprise systems.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java (preferably Java 11+) and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot).
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex systems.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and best engineering practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
Familiarity with enterprise or financial systems is advantageous. xcfaprz
