Position requires demonstrated knowledge and experience of control systems including Earned Value Management and applicable project management processes. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills in reporting to customers and stakeholders. Ability to work with personnel at all levels across organization and external stakeholders. Ability to identify and develop required resources to support project schedules; ability to logically and systematically evaluate project and process problems to determine appropriate solutions; ability to interface with internal and external customers, including management, users and DOE, NNSA and NPO. Education/Experience: Level III: BS and 10-14 years. Level IV: BS and 15-20 years. Must have the ability to obtain a DOE Q Clearance.
