Position Summary:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at BBQ Holdings, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing initiatives for more than 10 household restaurant brands including Papa Murphy's, Famous Dave's, and Village Inn. You will work closely with digital marketing leads and team members to activate and enhance campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention.
Your responsibilities will include planning support, execution, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns including CRM, loyalty programs, website, and more. Working across many different platforms and tools, this role requires a passion for digital marketing, technical learning, and strong adaptability.
Website and App Updates (35%):
Update and maintain website content on a regular basis. This includes landing page creation and optimization, minor content adjustments, and collaboration with our web developers and more. No coding experience necessary, but familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Kentico are preferred.
CRM Activation (35%):
Work with digital marketing team to develop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications. Perform customer segmentation, manage databases, and analyze campaign performance metrics to deliver targeted, personalized communications and improve engagement and conversion rates.
Overall Digital Marketing Activation (20%):
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and projects where needed. Assist with day-to-day admin responsibilities of the Digital Marketing team.
Loyalty Program Activation (10%):
Support the implementation and optimization of loyalty program initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement. Support maintenance of program and work with support teams on technical shortcomings of programs. Monitor and analyze program performance, provide actionable recommendations for improvements, and ensure seamless integration with other marketing efforts through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Foundations of your career:
* 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing. - Experience with loyalty program management and website content management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, web analytics tools, and CMS tools.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
