What you will be doing:
Secure new and expanded business opportunities through
prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Provide clients with pertinent market and financial information on current market conditions, installation and software offerings, timing of installation, and impact on property values.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Cultivate and close sales in your assigned region.
Establish sales territories and quotas, growing the team as results warrant.
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
Report on team and individual performance.
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
Experience you will need:
College degree preferred.
Experience in the
commercial real estate industry preferred.
Experience
selling to owners and C-suite executives.
Strong
closing abilities.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000/year
