We are on the lookout for a Bakery Manager who is passionate about inspiring their team and empowering them every day. As a leader, you will coach by example, motivating your team to achieve excellence while maintaining our high standards. This is a bench role, supporting our bakeries in Solihull, Birmingham New Street, Stratford Upon Avon, and Leamington Spa.

- Experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus.
