Responsibilities:- -Support the company’s LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches,AP,WLC -Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. -Handling tickets / requests - Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes. -Perform root cause analysis -Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed. -Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to -Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration - Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. -Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA - Understanding of Multi-geo support environment -Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment -Improves and maintains customer and employee satisfaction -Suggests new technologies and design changes -Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members -Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time -Identify Skill gaps and plan for training / knowledge updating Technical Requirements: Excellent hands-on experience with the following products : Cisco L3 & L2 Switches Experience with C2960, 3560, 3850, C9300, C9200 , C9500 Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switches Understand Meraki Wireless thoroughly. Expert on Routing Protocols BGP,OSPF,Eigrp. Expert on Cisco ASA FW (5505, 5515), FPR all models Understand SDWAN - Silverpeak Expert om Cisco IOS & IOS-XE Software and NX OS Software Knowledge of Advance switching concept would be advantageous Wireless LAN technologies – Cisco and Aruba or Extreme.
