Adare Manor is now accepting applications for our Aspire Management‑in‑Training (MIT) Programme in Rooms Division, a 12‑month accelerated development pathway designed to develop future leaders within our award‑winning luxury resort.
This immersive programme provides high‑potential candidates with hands‑on operational experience, structured leadership development, and direct exposure to senior management across our Rooms Division operations.
Programme Overview
Duration: 12 months
Department: Rooms Division
Location: Adare Manor, Co. Limerick
Participants will complete structured rotations across the Rooms Division, supported by:
- Leadership and management training
- One‑to‑one mentoring
- Regular development check‑ins and performance reviews
What You’ll Gain

- Exposure to senior leadership and involvement in decision‑making forums
- Mentorship from HR and departmental leaders

Who Should Apply
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, ideally within Rooms Division (supervisory experience preferred)

- A strong sense of initiative and adaptability
