About the Role
You will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:
Commercial acquisitions and disposals
Landlord & tenant work
Real estate elements of financing transactions
Asset management
You will work closely with experienced partners and gain strong exposure to both domestic and cross-border work.
Responsibilities
Engage in commercial acquisitions and disposals
Manage real estate elements of financing transactions
Conduct asset management
Qualifications
2–5 years’ PQE in real estate/property law
Experience gained in a recognised commercial law firm
Required Skills
Strong technical and drafting skills
Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Preferred xcfaprz Skills
Experience in high-quality work and strong deal flow
