to support the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide IT projects. Assist in planning, executing, and closing IT projects with a focus on enterprise applications. Support project managers in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to align project goals with business needs. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure adherence to plans. Identify, assess, and help mitigate project risks and issues. Document project activities, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Gather and analyze business requirements for IT solutions. Support testing, training, and deployment of enterprise system enhancements. Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates. Ensure compliance with IT governance and best practices. Continuously contribute to improving project management processes. Qualifications & Experience Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum: 2-4 years of experience in IT project management or a related role. Preferred: 4-6 years of experience in enterprise application projects.

Skills & Competencies Project Management:

Basic understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies. Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and IT project lifecycles. Business Acumen:

Understanding of finance, supply chain, or HR business processes. Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify risks, analyze requirements, and propose solutions. Collaboration:

Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Tools Proficiency:

Experience using project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) and competency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite. Adaptability:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project needs.
