is seeking a dynamic
Sr. Manager, Sales (IngramSpark)
to join our team in
either New York City or La Vergne, TN.
This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in driving high-performance sales teams and developing impactful sales strategies. Oversees the development and execution of robust sales strategies and campaigns targeting key IngramSpark accounts, including SparkPro and Lightning Source CORE accounts, in collaboration with leadership. Manages and coaches the key account business development team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring efficient resource allocation and expense management. Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth and profitability across all assigned accounts in the US market.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or directly related year for year experience
7 years' experience in sales, marketing, book publishing or printing
4 years of project leadership experience
4 years' people management experience (management of at least 2-3 direct reports)
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management experience
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and executes a comprehensive sales strategy
to expand IngramSpark's customer base, drive account acquisition, and extend global reach.
Leads and mentors the key account sales team , ensuring alignment with revenue, volume, and account growth objectives while monitoring KPIs and optimizing performance.
Oversees business development initiatives in the U.S. market , identifying new growth opportunities, expanding into emerging segments, and driving customer acquisition.
Collaborates on marketing and communication strategies
that support sales objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging and impactful campaigns.
Crafts and delivers tailored, solution-driven proposals
leveraging Ingram's print and digital offerings, while managing high-value contract negotiations to drive business growth.
Coordinates efforts across global sales teams
(US, UK, AU, etc.) to implement a unified strategy for account management and pipeline development.
Recruits, trains, and evaluates sales team members , building a high-performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and adherence to company policies.
Represents Ingram Content Group at industry events , serving as a visible and influential advocate for the company's offerings and partnerships.
Hiring Salary Range: $130,565k - $166,026k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
