We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Analyze and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to optimize healthcare operations and care management. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Create detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management, preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus. Why Join Us?
