Job Description: Lead the development of high power DFB lasers. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that addresses the growing demands of data transmission in modern data centers, telecom networks, and beyond. Requirements: PhDEE, Solid State Physics plus 10+ years industry experience with design expertise in high powered InP lasers with commercial success Expert in laser physics including gain media interactions with high intensity fields xywuqvp and epitaxial design, and related simulations Process design/fabrication process development of InP devices or PICs Photonic device testing of semiconductor lasers Extensive photonic device data analysis in manufacturing environment
