JOB SUMMARY

Oversees the accessibility of all procurement-related data, ensuring that it is available for analysis across all procurement functions. Ensures consistent data capture across various platforms and at the appropriate level of detail to effectively support business needs. Facilitates comprehensive reporting and data analysis, enabling informed decision-making and strategic insights. Responsible for translating the vision of procurement into an analytics strategy, establishing and enhancing the analytics capabilities of Supply Chain, and managing the use of next-gen tools and systems. Leads team that supports and guide other procurement functions in category management and sourcing.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develops spend visualization and relevant dashboards/systems to provide information across Procurement stakeholders to enable better decision-making. Utilizes array of data and business intelligence resources to identify areas of potential standardization and/or cost saving opportunity. Provides detailed spend analysis to support business reviews, governance committees and other requests. Manages solutions for eRFX and respective bid documents for suppliers regarding specific product categories. Oversees the implementation and adoption of next gen tools (e.g., should cost analysis, input cost monitoring). Processes big data sets, build and provide data-driven solutions to complex business problems by leveraging relevant tools and systems. Ensures data accuracy and consistency throughout the Procurement organization, implementing thorough quality control measures and standardized processes to maintain high data integrity. Support market intelligence analysis by monitoring market trends through relationships with suppliers and market experts. Perform other job-related functions as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

5 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience, performance measurement, contract negotiation, project management, category management, business analysis, or change management experience. Extensive knowledge on procurement spend analytics and performance tracking Experience in analytics, visualization, and software development with programming/query languages such as Java, R, SQL, and Python. COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Strong understanding of Procurement function and end-to-end sourcing process Previous data management, data science, or data analytics experience is an asset. High level understanding of market/products dynamics Proven BI project management experience. Hands on experience with procurement digital landscape solutions (e.g., Ariba, Scout, Coupa, etc.) Ability to communicate market trends and drive decision making. Knowledge of e-procurement technology and processes Strong problem solving, analytical and report summation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to apply change management and consulting skills/knowledge and expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
