Job Descriptions
  • Support Business Segment to develop business opportunities, realize sale and EBIT targets, let that plan results and goals are achieved. (支持业务部门开发业务机会,实现销售和EBIT目标,确保计划结果和目标的实现)
  • Support to establish procedures, instructions and templates according to ISO 17025 to improve Business Segment service capabilities and competence. (根据ISO 17025标准,支持制定程序、指示和模板,以提高业务部门的服务能力和竞争力)
  • Support Business Segment to achieve obtaining and maintaining worldwide accreditation. (支持业务部门获得并维持全球范围内的认证)
  • Support to establish training system, prepare training materials and offer internal training. (支持建立培训体系,准备培训材料并提供内部培训)
  • Proactively fortify service capabilities and operational efficiency, improve the quality of test report, CDF and certificate, reduce the errors or mistakes to a minimum possibility, implement high quality projects management, handle TS daily jobs including projects of OEM/Co license, modification, additional model etc., maintain well online system and database, and achieve department goals. (主动提升服务能力和运营效率,提高测试报告、CDF和证书的质量,将错误或失误降至最低可能性,实施高质量的项目管理,处理TS日常工作(包括OEM/Co许可、修改、额外车型等项目),维护好在线系统和数据库,并实现部门目标)
  • Provide professional and high quality services to clients and satisfy customer needs. (为客户提供专业、高质量的服务,满足客户需求)
  • Be responsible for Business Segment administration affairs generally. Including monthly Business Segment financial statistics controlling and reporting. (总体负责业务部门的行政事务,包括月度财务统计控制报表)
  • Be responsible for Business Segment team-building and relevant team-activities annually. (负责业务部门的年度团队建设和相关团队活动)

Job Requirements
  • Minimum education: University degree. (最低学历:大学学位)
  • Minimum professional experience: 1-3 years of related working experiences. (最低专业经验:1-3年相关工作经验)
  • Specialty Know how: not be limited. (专业知识:不限)
  • Good communication and language skills, good team-work, proactive, self-initiative, hard-working, open for experience sharing, etc. (良好的沟通和语言能力,良好的团队合作精神,积极主动、自我驱动、高度负责,乐于分享经验等)
