项目工程师（人因工程）Project Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for human factors engineering testing projects of medical devices, including developing test plans, recruiting personnel, communicating with clients, executing tests, analyzing data, and outputting test reports. 负责医疗器械人因工程的测试项目，包括制定测试方案、人员招募、客户沟通、测试执行、数据分析、输出报告等；

2. Provide technical support related to medical device human factors engineering to the sales team, answer clients' technical questions before testing. 为销售提供医疗器械人因工程相关的技术支持，解答客户测试前期的技术问题；

3. Conduct research on human factors in engineering technology of medical devices, including the development of testing tools, study of standards and regulations, and build of the department's technical platform. 医疗器械人因工程技术的研究，包括测试工具的开发、标准与法规的学习、部门技术平台的搭建；

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the company. 完成公司安排的其它工作任务。

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Biomedical Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, or Interaction Design. 本科及以上学历，心理学、认知科学、生物医学工程、人因工程或交互设计专业；

2. More than 3 years of professional work experience, outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered. 3年以上专业工作经验，优秀应届生也可考虑；

3. Good command of English, able to write technical documents in English, fluent in spoken English. 有良好的的英文基础，能编写英文技术资料，英文听说流利。

4. Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, and good learning ability. 具有较强的沟通能力，语言逻辑清晰，较好的学习能力；

5. Strong team spirit and adapt to travel for work. 较强的团队协作精神, 能适应出差。
