Support Sales Activities

• Support the sales department in customer activities, promotion, and acquisition of orders in the motor vehicle field. 支持销售部门在汽车领域的客户活动、推广和订单获取。

Evaluate and Develop Services

• Evaluate special inquiries, new regulations, regulation updates, adjust existing services, or develop new services as requested in the motor vehicle field. 评估汽车领域的特殊需求、新法规、法规更新，根据要求调整现有服务或开发新服务。

Reporting to Management

• Report to upper management regarding, but not limited to, issues, observations, and suggestions. 向管理层汇报相关问题、观察和建议（不限于此）。

Training and Seminars for External Partners and Customers

• Provide professional in-house or public training and seminars to external partners and customers. 为外部合作伙伴和客户提供专业的内部或公开培训和研讨会。

Internal Training

• Provide professional training to internal colleagues. 为内部同事提供专业培训。

Junior Engineer Training and Support

• Provide training to junior engineers and support other colleagues on qualification and technical knowledge development. 为初级工程师提供培训，并支持其他同事的资质和技术知识发展。

Technical Supervision

• Provide support and technical supervision for other engineers. 为其他工程师提供支持和技术监督。

Technical Support for Testing

• Provide technical support for testing on all items within the laboratory. Ensure the correct implementation of testing and preparation of technical and administrative documentation. 为实验室内的所有测试项目提供技术支持，确保测试的正确实施以及技术和行政文件的准备。

Project Management

• Implement and manage all project-related activities. Ensure the correct project implementation and document the used service hours. 实施和管理所有与项目相关的活动，确保项目的正确实施并记录服务时间。

Quality and Customer Satisfaction

• Properly manage the projects handled. Ensure excellent quality, lead-time, and customer satisfaction. 妥善管理所负责的项目，确保卓越的质量、交付时间和客户满意度。

Quality System Implementation

• Ensure the implementation of the company quality system. 确保公司质量体系的实施。

Policy and Tool Application

• Implement and ensure the application of business line or product line policies and tools. 实施并确保业务线或产品线政策和工具的应用。

Communication and Cooperation

• Ensure effective and efficient communication and cooperation within and across departments. 确保部门内外的有效沟通与合作。

New Service Development

• Jointly undertake responsibilities and duties for new service development. 共同承担新服务开发的职责和任务。

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, preferably in vehicle, mechanical, electrical, or electronic fields. 本科及以上学历，工程类专业优先，如车辆、机械、电气或电子等相关领域。

Work Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ working or study experience in the automotive-related area. Background or experience in cybersecurity is preferred. 至少2年汽车相关领域的工作或学习经验，有网络安全背景或经验者优先。

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. 具备较强的人际交往能力、沟通能力和演讲能力。

Customer Relationship Management
