The Senior Project Planner will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining project schedules on mission-critical data centre projects. The role requires close coordination with CSA, MEP, and ICT teams to ensure programme alignment, risk mitigation, and on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes across all project phases
  • Integrate CSA, MEP, and ICT schedules into a single master programme
  • Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery strategies
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on planning activities
  • Conduct critical path analysis and track key milestones
  • Prepare progress reports, lookaheads, and programme updates
  • Support tender planning, baseline development, and change management
  • Ensure alignment with commissioning and handover timelines

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and project delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency in planning software (e.g. Primavera xcfaprz P6, MS Project)
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-track project schedules
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
  • Experience on hyperscale or mission-critical data centre projects
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes and integrated project schedules
  • Background working with main contractors or specialist data centre delivery firms
