Your Role

Your duties will include, recruiting, training and mentoring a high-performing sales team. While overseeing a team of estimators. Within your first 60 days, you will implement sales strategies and initiative ideas to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. All leads will be provided by the company, who have an abundance of prospective relationships for you to nurture. You will play a key role in helping drive revenue growth and the expansion of the contractor's market presence. Requirements:

5 Years of Sales Leadership Experience Ability to implement sales plans and strategies Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office
