Project Manager (m/w/d) Data & Innovation

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects focused on innovation and data. This role requires a confident project manager who excels in managing complex initiatives and has a keen eye for emerging trends. While some aspects will involve working on data topics, the primary emphasis is on driving innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee projects that support innovation and business development, ensuring successful outcomes within scope and timeline.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies to help guide project direction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive new ideas forward.
• Use relevant data and insights to support project decisions and enhance results.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all project participants, including senior leadership, maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a quantitative or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in innovation or technology-focused environments.
• Strong ability to evaluate trends and technologies.
• Proficient in project management tools and methods, capable of juggling multiple priorities with a hands-on approach.
• Comfortable incorporating data insights to inform decisions; strong Excel skills needed, with knowledge of Python or SQL considered a plus but not essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English; knowledge of German and/or Czech is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.
