AMSOIL has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Director position to support the Industrial Solutions business. In this role you will lead a team to drive the sales strategy, account management, and business development for the East region of the United States. This requires travelling to customers (up 50% of the time) as well as working remotely from a home office.
Core Responsibilities:
Hire, coach, and develop a sales team to develop a continuous pipeline of new business and to maximize existing customer accounts.
Direct sales team to exceed business metrics.
Analyze opportunities for growth and provide business justification.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience
5 or more years of successful industrial sales management experience or experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
Experience leading a Business Development team
Ability to motivate a team through effective mentoring
Successful track record of B2B account and sales management
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
Valid driver's license and insurable for driving company vehicles
Must be available to travel 50% of the time (Including days, overnights, driving by car and flying)
Access to a regional or larger airport
