Data Analysts
to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with applied data analysis experience who are eager to leverage their technical skills to support healthcare, nonprofit, or public-sector initiatives. Candidates should bring a foundation in
Excel and SQL , with exposure to
healthcare/public/nonprofit data
highly preferred.
This is a remote position, tied to one of our primary locations (Dallas, Charlotte, or Lake Murray). Key Responsibilities: Data Issue Resolution:
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve data exceptions, validations, and escalations across batch and API traffic. Dataset Management:
Develop, improve, and maintain datasets within rules engines across multiple product lines. Data Analysis:
Clean, filter, and interpret data to generate actionable insights. Trend Identification:
Analyze patterns and trends in complex data sets to support decision-making. Technical Documentation:
Create and maintain accurate technical, business, and functional documentation. Required Qualifications: Applied Analyst Experience:
Internship or professional experience in building dashboards, generating reports, or supporting decision-making. Healthcare/Public/Nonprofit Exposure:
Prior exposure to healthcare, grants, bioinformatics, pharmacy, or public-sector data. Technical Core Skills: Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, dashboards, reporting). Basic knowledge of
SQL
or willingness to learn. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong analytical ability with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills: Exposure to
APIs
and
data integrations . EDI knowledge
or HIPAA data experience. Hands-on experience with
SSRS, Tableau, Power BI , or other reporting/visualization tools. Knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical data, or regulatory reporting. Why Join Us? Remote Flexibility:
