About the Role Do not wait to apply after reading this description a high application volume is expected for this opportunity. We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of a multi-phase Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and lead a growing portfolio of enterprise IT projects across the organization. This is not a maintenance role — we need a strategic driver to own the full project lifecycle, from discovery and process mapping to data migration and go-live. The ideal candidate bridges technical architecture and business operations, ensuring our ERP/CRM ecosystem scales with growth while maintaining rigorous data integrity and user adoption standards. Join us as a IT Project Manager, and this is some of what you’ll be doing: Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement) Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables across all phases — from discovery through go-live Coordinate executive leadership, department heads, and third-party VAR partners Perform fit-gap analysis to balance out-of-the-box functionality with custom development needs Build and maintain the RAID log; deliver regular status reporting to the PMO Design and execute change management plans including UAT, training, and post-launch support Oversee data migration from legacy systems with a focus on accuracy and data integrity Managing and leading software implementation projects Creating and implementing a communication plan, including steering group meetings Responsible for creating and maintaining customer relationships with key stakeholders Ensuring that all stakeholders are adequately informed internally & externally Responsible for project scope and managing change requests Responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed within the timelines to best practice standards Organizing and facilitating project meetings and workshops ensuring actions are documented and followed up until completion Responsible for escalating risks and issues Responsible for escalating resource requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Table Industry experience in safety solutions, industrial safety, or related fields (e.g., PPE, compliance, risk management, or workplace safety technology), preferably with enterprise or Tier 1 clients OR current/previous consulting experience with safety-focused organizations Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of IT system end-to-end implementation projects. Proven success in delivering multiple successful projects SaaS industry experience with the ability to understand safety, compliance, and operational systems from both business and IT perspectives — including hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications Previous work experience with full management responsibility of an enterprise-scale software project. xywuqvp Someone who is confident and comfortable with hitting the ground running.
