We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead technology decisions and solution design across complex, multi-platform distributed environments.
This role is responsible for researching, analyzing, and architecting solutions that align with business and technology needs.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture strategies, roadmaps, and modern solutions, particularly within payment systems and enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to identify business needs and shape IT strategy with appropriate technical solutions and transition roadmaps Define strategic direction for technologies, standards, processes, and current and target state architectures across the enterprise Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and long-term strategies Collaborate across technology, business, and organizational teams to support large transformation initiatives Work closely with Enterprise, Platform, Security, Data, and Infrastructure Architects to deliver comprehensive solutions Guide teams in adopting architecture design patterns, system best practices, and security standards Evaluate new technologies and vendors, conduct proof of concepts, define MVPs, and recommend improvements Develop reference architectures, principles, and standards Communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrate leadership and adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments Required Qualifications:
8+ years of architecture experience in complex, multi-platform distributed environments Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences In-depth knowledge of current technologies, industry standards, frameworks, and emerging trends Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, and API integrations Ability to align architectural decisions with business objectives Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and concurrent initiatives Experience defining future-state strategies and architecture principles aligned with business roadmaps Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and product-centric delivery models Experience developing reference architectures, principles, and standards Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or related field Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in banking, financial services, or payment processing domains Experience with real-time payment processing systems Cloud certifications or equivalent experience
