Upto $71/hr on W2 Work Authorization:
GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B Must Have: Airtable Advanced Excel / Google Sheets Content planning and lifecycle management Release planning and scheduling Data tracking and reporting Responsibilities: Own planning, tracking, and reporting across global content pipelines Manage content lifecycle from acquisition through release Coordinate release schedules, localization, and catalog readiness Maintain and optimize Airtable and tracking systems for content workflows Partner with cross-functional teams to align timelines, priorities, and deliverables Identify risks, track dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery of content Build reports and presentations to support planning decisions and stakeholder updates Qualifications: Bachelors degree 4+ years in content planning, content operations, or program/project management in media or streaming Experience managing high-volume content workflows and timelines Strong experience with Airtable, Excel, and reporting tools Experience working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Nice to Have: SVOD, OTT, or Linear TV experience Experience with content management systems or DAM tools Exposure to localization and global release workflows
