Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong Java application experience to support enterprise-scale Banking and Financial Services platforms. The role involves CI/CD automation, release management, production support, and cloud-hosted Java applications in highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD. utomate build and deployment processes using Maven, Git/GitHub, and shell scripting. Provide 24×7 production support and perform incident triage and root cause analysis. Support Java (7/8), Spring, and Spring Boot applications on Apache Tomcat. Monitor applications using AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Catchpoint, and Glassbox. Deploy and support applications on AWS EC2 in Linux/Unix environments. Manage Change Requests (CRQs) following ITIL and banking compliance standards. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Java application support, or production support. Strong hands-on experience with Java 7/8, Spring, Spring Boot. Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Git, Maven, and Apache Tomcat. Experience working in regulated environments such as Banking or Financial Services. bility to work onsite three days per week with first day onsite reporting. Preferred Qualifications
Banking or Financial Services domain experience. Experience with Oracle and MySQL databases. Shell scripting and automation experience. Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Remedy. Tools & Technologies
