Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities

To act as contact window to customers and take part in project coordination for various orders
Customer inquiry and complaint handling
Order creation in SAP and internal systems
Proactive project status monitoring and management
Closely work with various internal teams and external parties to deliver outcomes to customers
Sample and document handling
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience & Further Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (preferably in Electrical/ Electronic)
Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Putonghua
Fluent Cantonese is required
Responsible work attitude, detail-minded with good problem-solving skills
Self-driven, willing to face challenges and work under pressure and tight schedule
Experience in TIC industry is a definite advantage
