Job Description:

1、负责销售与管理培训与咨询服务，帮助客户完成人员赋能培训、项目咨询、组织效能提升等需求。

Responsible for the sales and management of training and consulting services, assisting clients in meeting their needs for employee empowerment training, project consulting, and organizational effectiveness improvement.

2、与潜在客户建立联系，了解其需求，并提供专业的培训咨询解决方案。

Establish contact with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide professional training and consulting solutions.

3、 寻找并联系潜在客户，建立业务关系。

Seek out and contact potential customers, and establish business relationships

4、进行客户需求分析，提供个性化的培训咨询解决方案。

Conduct customer demand analysis and provide personalized training and consulting solutions.

5、展示公司的专业能力和成果，促成项目交易。

5. Showcase the company's professional capabilities and achievements to facilitate project deals.

6、跟进培训咨询项目交付过程，确保客户满意度。

Follow up on the delivery process of training and consulting projects to ensure customer satisfaction.

7、参与执行市场推广策略

Participate in implementing marketing promotion strategies

Job Requirements:

1、本科及以上学历，理工类相关领域优先。

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in science and engineering or related fields.

2、有3年或以上TO B的培训咨询经验优先

Within 3 years or more of B2B training and consulting experience are preferred.

3、良好的沟通、谈判和客户关系管理能力。

Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

5、具备良好的自我学习能力、团队协作能力、项目协调能力。

Possess strong self-learning ability, teamwork skills, and project coordination skills.

6、适应出差。

Willing to travel.

7、良好的英语听说读写能力。

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
