Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the full lifecycle certification projects of photovoltaic (PV) mounting/ tracking systems (IEC 62817, UL 3703, EN 1090, AS/NZS 1170, etc.), from the initial technical review to the final certificate issuance. 独立管理光伏支架/跟踪系统全生命周期认证项目（IEC 62817、UL 3703、EN 1090、AS/NZS 1170等），从初期技术评审到最终证书签发；
- Provide pre-certification technical diagnosis to identify high-risk items in structure, materials, electrical control, corrosion resistance, etc., in order to reduce the probability of retesting by more than 30%. 提供认证前技术诊断，识别结构、材料、电控、防腐蚀等高风险项，以降低30%以上重测概率。
- Testing and Calculation: Design test matrices based on standards (static load, fatigue, wind tunnel, salt spray, IP/IK, grounding continuity, insulation withstand voltage, etc.) and lead the implementation in our own laboratory or witnessed test sites. Use ANSYS, STAAD.Pro, RISA-3D or equivalent software for structural strength, stability and seismic calculations, and issue white-box calculation reports to be directly submitted to overseas regulatory authorities. 测试与计算：依据标准设计测试矩阵（静态载荷、疲劳、风洞、盐雾、IP/IK、接地连续性、绝缘耐压等），在自有实验室或目击测试现场主导实施；使用ANSYS、STAAD.Pro、RISA-3D或同等软件进行结构强度、稳定性及地震计算，出具白盒计算报告，直接提交给海外监管机构。
- Standard Interpretation and Training: Keep abreast of updates to IEC/UL/EN standards in real time, form Chinese technical memos and interpret them to customers. Provide technical support to the sales/customer service team, translating "standard language" into implementable business solutions. 标准解读与培训：实时跟踪IEC/UL/EN更新，形成中文技术备忘录并向客户解读；为销售/客服团队提供技术支持，将“标准语言”转化为可落地的商业方案。
Job Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with a major in mechanical engineering, materials science, civil engineering, electrical engineering or related fields. 全日制本科及以上，机械/材料/土木/电气工程相关专业；
- Over 2 years of experience in certification/testing/design of PV mounting systems, tracking systems, steel structures or low-voltage electrical products. Have led at least 3 complete IEC 62817 or UL 3703 projects (a project list and a description of personal responsibilities must be provided during the interview). 2年以上光伏支架、跟踪系统、钢结构或低压电气产品认证/测试/设计经验；有主导过3个完整IEC 62817或UL 3703项目（面试需提供项目清单及本人职责说明）；
- Be able to independently complete structural calculations (load combination, finite element analysis, buckling check) and issue English calculation reports. 能独立完成结构计算（荷载组合、有限元分析、屈曲校核），并出具英文计算书；
- Fluent in English reading and writing: capable of compiling English test plans, technical reports, NCR (non-conformance report) lists. Proficient in spoken English to chair English technical meetings (directly interfacing with overseas engineers via Teams/Zoom). 英文读写无障碍：可编译英文测试计划、技术报告、NCR（不符合项）清单；口语能主持英文技术会议（Teams/Zoom与海外工程师直接对接）。
- Familiar with material standards such as aluminum EN 1999, steel EN 1993, hot-dip galvanizing ISO 1461, composite materials ASTM D3039, etc. 熟悉铝型材EN 1999、钢材EN 1993,热浸镀锌ISO 1461、复合材料ASTM D3039等材料规范；
