Job Responsibilities
- Support the manager to develop business opportunities and let that plan results are achieved. 支持经理开发商业机会，并让计划成果得以实现
- Support to establish testing facilities, procedures, instructions and template according to ISO/IEC 17025 to improve testing service capability and quality. 支持建立符合ISO/IEC 17025标准的测试设施、程序、说明和模板，以提升测试服务能力和质量
- Support for achieving and maintaining worldwide accreditation such as DAkkS, CNAS, CBTL, A2LA etc. 支持实现和维持全球认证，如DAkks、CNAS、CBTL、A2LA等。
- Strives for technical expertise and support manager to establish team relevant technical competencies and qualifications.
- Develop service promotion materials and handle technical meetings or seminars. 开发服务推广材料，并主持技术会议或研讨会
- Support to establish training system, prepare training materials and provide internal and external training. 支持建立培训体系，准备培训材料，提供内外培训
- Help the experts to be competent and to offer high quality testing both in the test lab and at manufacturer’s premises. 帮助专家具备专业能力，并在测试实验室和制造商现场提供高质量的测试。
- Provide professional and high-quality service, satisfy customer needs and make sure the testing operation meets all requirements of related procedures or standards. 提供专业且高质量的服务，满足客户需求，并确保测试作符合相关程序或标准的所有要求
- Test data handling and reviewing according to specified standards with knowledge and competence. 根据指定标准进行测试数据处理和审查，具备知识和能力。
- Improve the qualification of test plan or report and reduce the errors or mistakes to a minimum possibility. 提升测试计划或报告的资格，将错误或错误降至最低。
- Study new directives, test methods and standards to improve technical competence and develop new services. 学习新的指令、测试方法和标准，以提升技术能力并开发新服务。

- Be familiar with the products and clients. 熟悉产品和客户。

- Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, electronics, automation, etc. Engineering 本科学位及以上，主修电气、电子、自动化等专业，工程
- Ability in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English 英语的听、说、读、写能力
- Good ability in MS office Word, Excel, Power Point, etc. - Good self-study ability - Team spirit for cooperation work 具备良好的微软Word、Excel、PowerPoint等能力
