1. Carry out traditional Metal mechanical property test according GB, ASTM, ISO, JIS standards (Tensile test, Impact test, Bend test, Fasteners test), effectively and accurately complete the test. 根据GB、ASTM、ISO、JIS标准（拉伸试验、冲击试验、弯曲试验、紧固件试验）进行常规的金属力学性能试验，有效、准确地完成试验

2. Make sure the precisely of the original record and electronic original record. 确保原始记录和电子原始记录的准确性

3. Guide machining worker to prepare specimens according to standard or customer's requirements. 指导加工中心根据标准或客户要求准备样品

4. complete equipment maintenance & calibration, daily testing room records and samples management. 完成设备的维护和校准，日常测试室记录和样品管理

5. Provide technical support and training to sales staff, assist to complete the new test quota. 为销售人员提供技术支持和培训，协助完成新的测试指标

6. Develop new testing items. 发展新的测试项目

7. Assist prepare all related WI documents. 协助准备所有相关WI文件

8. Control Cost down on consumable purchasing. 控制消耗品采购成本

9. Perform any new assignment from supervisor. 完成上级安排的新任务

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in metal material. 本科或本科以上学历,金属材料相关专业

2. At least 3 years working experience in mechanical testing of metal materials. 具有3年以上金属材料力学测试方面的工作经验

3. Good communication skills and team work spirit. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. 良好的英文听说读写能力
