About the Role
We're looking for confident, people-focused individuals to join our team as
Customer Sales Representatives . This role is all about helping existing customers move from older analogue phone services to modern digital solutions ahead of the UK-wide switch-off in January 2027. You'll be speaking to customers, explaining the changes in simple terms, and guiding them through upgrading their services - ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition.
What You'll Be Doing
Contacting existing customers via phone and video Explaining the analogue switch-off and what it means for them Recommending suitable digital alternatives (full training provided) Answering questions and handling objections confidently Agreeing pricing and securing customer sign-off Accurately recording customer details and passing orders internally Working towards individual and team targets
What We're Looking For
You don't need a technical background - we're looking for
great communicators
