• People Management
  • Accountable for the technical guidance of the assigned team.
  • Oversees team member’s work regarding the quality and results.
  • Communicates the strategy.
  • Makes decision on hiring, as well as on disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Establishes performance reviews and conversations and decides on training measures.
  • Performs salary and bonus planning.
• Sales, Earnings and Customer Care
  • Supports the budget planning process by delivering relevant numbers and plans for the area.
  • Communicates key figures and assigns targets.
  • Monitors and reports key figures / ensures information flow.
  • Decides on actions for deviations from plan
  • Cooperates with the local sales manager in acquiring new customers and participating in sales events or trade fairs.
  • Ensures customer care and implements suitable measures.
  • Handles escalated complaints.

And other duties as assigned.
