Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Java/Python Developer with strong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to work in an Agile environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to development, test automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts for Java/Python-based test frameworks. Utilize Tricentis testing automation tools such as TOSCA for test execution. Implement and execute data-driven or keyword-driven testing frameworks. Participate in software requirements and design reviews to ensure testability. Record and track issues in the bug tracking system, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimize manual testing processes and enhance automation coverage. Troubleshoot and resolve development and automation-related issues efficiently. Define and develop data management test strategies and plans. Create comprehensive test scenarios, including end-to-end test cases. Work in an Agile development environment, attending Agile ceremonies. Ensure integration of test automation within the CI/CD pipeline. Required Skills:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development and QA. Strong programming experience in Java and/or Python. Hands-on experience in Selenium and automation test framework development. Experience using Tricentis TOSCA for automation testing. Proficiency in SQL, Git, and Agile development processes. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and working within continuous integration environments. Strong understanding of software test design, bug tracking, and reporting. Proactive in enhancing QA processes and providing timely feedback. Job Requirement
