The role: As the Product Designer, you will be responsible for championing user needs and delivering impactful experiences within a complex platform.

Forming part of the wider product team, you will work closely with technology, client facing, and operations teams to deliver user centric and innovative designs. You will use your skills to help bring to life working prototypes and should have a mix of UX and UI skills. We have flexibility for a permanent, fixed term contract or consultancy agreement for qualified candidates. You will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week. User Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and user interviews to understand target audience needs and pain points. Ideation & Concept Development: Develop design concepts that align with user needs and business objectives. Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; test and iterate based on user feedback. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Design System Management: Maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency across products. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with prototyping tools. Additionally, knowledge and ability to write Javascript is preferred.

Must be able to create artefacts to assist web developers to implement designs such as CSS and UI components. Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, design thinking and dealing with complex B2B Enterprise Software.
