Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our current clientele
Attract and onboard new clients to expand our portfolio
Lead and evaluate team sales activities and overall productivity
Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members
Record daily activities and performance metrics via our Salesforce CRM
Focus daily on enhancing client management and developing leadership capabilities
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
Efficient time management skills with a successful history of achieving deadlines
Strong leadership capabilities and prior supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
English is necessary, Bilingual is a perk.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
