*FULL-TIME: *(30 hrs per week) massage therapist are paid $9.00 plus commissions from
35% up to 40%
*Job description*
The Spa at Glenmoor is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and providing a first class experience for our clients. The ideal candidate for this job is dedicated to exceptional customer service and networking a large client base. This out-going and positive person is detail oriented and focused on client comfort, safety and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Perform massage and body treatments including relaxation, deep tissue, hot stone, and more
* Assist the Spa Desk by booking appointments and facilitating point of sale
* Collaborate with the rest of the massage therapist staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for clients
* Work with salon management to create marketing programs designed to attract more customers
Requirements:
* High school diploma/GED required
* Must possess a valid Massage Therapist license
* 2+ years’ massage experience preferred
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven ability to sell products and upsell on services
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
