About Busy Bees Westminster

Our Ofsted Good nursery cares for up to 64 children aged 3 months to 5 years and features:

  • Four purpose-built rooms tailored for each age group
  • A team of highly qualified, passionate staff
  • Engaging indoor & outdoor spaces, including a mud kitchen, sand pit, and planting area
  • Excellent transport links in Central London (St James’s Park & Victoria stations)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional childcare
  • Drive quality improvement and strong EYFS practice
  • Ensure full compliance and maintain a safe, well-managed environment
  • Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources
  • Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
  • Support team development and professional growth
What You’ll Bring
  • Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
  • Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for high-quality early years education
