We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
  • Process outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
  • Wear all required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Must wear mandated PPE, including safety shoes.
