As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of the warehouse operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
- Process outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Must wear mandated PPE, including safety shoes.
