We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic logistics team in Detroit, Michigan. In this role, you will be instrumental in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Your responsibilities will include general warehouse duties, such as organizing, stocking, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced logistics setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments manually or with equipment.
- Receive, identify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse spaces.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and record-keeping.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
