This role is essential for the efficient operation of our facility, encompassing a range of duties from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our inventory is managed effectively and that orders are processed accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and storage areas accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Support overall logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving job duties.
