Join our growing warehouse operations in Indianapolis, Indiana, as a Warehouse Associate! This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will contribute directly to our logistics success by ensuring that products are handled with care and that orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and committed to Safety. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform physically demanding tasks including significant Lifting, and collaborate effectively with a team. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills needed to succeed. Adherence to all Safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick orders based on pick lists or system instructions.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 55 lbs), standing, walking, and bending.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
