We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associates to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, encompassing a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient logistics and timely delivery of products. You will be responsible for handling goods with care, maintaining an organized workspace, and adhering to strict Safety guidelines. This position demands physical stamina, the ability to perform repetitive tasks, and a commitment to teamwork. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and committed to contributing to a productive work environment. Attention to detail and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate manual and powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) to move materials.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Good physical condition, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality.
