We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in San Jose, California. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. You will also be responsible for daily inventory checks, maintaining accurate records of stock levels, and assisting with cycle counts. A key part of this role involves ensuring that all warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. We expect all associates to wear the required PPE at all times and to be mindful of safe lifting techniques. This is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are highly valued.
