In this versatile role, you will perform a variety of tasks including order picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance. Your contributions are essential to our logistics success, ensuring that products are processed accurately and efficiently. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to safety. You will be required to perform tasks that involve regular Lifting, and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for all new associates. You will be working as part of a dedicated team striving for operational excellence. Your attention to detail and willingness to learn will be highly appreciated. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in inventory counts.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting.
- Understanding of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of Logistics operations is helpful.
