Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping labels, verifying shipping information, coordinating with carriers, documenting outgoing packages, and maintaining shipping records. A strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation is essential for success in this position. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy. This role is vital to our overall Logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach their destinations efficiently and without issue. While not heavily physical, the role requires some movement within the warehouse and adherence to all Safety guidelines. Appropriate PPE should be worn as directed, and employees must be mindful of their surroundings. Occasional Lifting of boxes up to 30 pounds may be required when handling outgoing parcels. Previous experience in a shipping or administrative role within a warehouse environment is highly preferred.
